Yes, provided you don't mind another upgrade soon

I have installed Domino 8 on 3 different test systems without problem. I've been trolling this blog and have seen few install problems related to the server.

The client upgrade is more likely to cause issues because of the large change. I've not personally experienced any problems with the 2-3 clients I've upgraded except for little issues that I am used to with any Notes upgrade.

That said, I suspect that whether you rollout or not depends on the size of your infrastructure because you'll most likely want to install 8.0.1 and the plans, from what I've heard, are to make that available more quickly than normal. So, if you have thousands of clients, personally I'd wait. If you have in the low hundreds, and your users are all on fast machines with a Gig of RAM or more (recommended), then maybe go for it.
